Return Process

  Ensure your gear is in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of purchase.

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Melbourne warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

  Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
