When we developed the Vapor Apex board, one thing became fundamentally clear. The aggressive shaping and evenly distributed volume would also make for an incredible freestyle board.
The wood core with fiberglass construction allowed us to adjust the board to the demands of freestyle by making it a little softer with a more gradual recoil. This allows you to ride through the chop with ease and then quickly load up and pop for your next trick.
Low continuous rocker, full outline, medium flex pattern.
NEW: Continuous core profile, for a predictable flex pattern
NEW: Stiff tips flex pattern for added grip, confidence and reliability in high load situations
NEW: Center double concave and aggressive single concave mid-channel tips for smooth landing and tracking
NEW: Variable angled rail - aggressive grip-tips and planar center rail
NEW: 4 degree angled fin for increase projected area, resulting in improved grip
NEW: Deck centre grab rails for positive grip in boards offs
NEW: Moderate flex pattern for a rapid
